I even prepped my meals for the week like those juiced up meatheads on Instagram. This is what I have been eating:
B. Naked Juice protein smoothie
S. Tunacado and crackers
L. Chicken and rice
S. Carrot sticks
D. Fish and veggies
It's easy knowing that my food is there. The best part of my day is eating the tuna salad - I use mashed avocado in place of mayo and it's SO delicious.
|I know it looks gross, but with s&p, it's so yummy.|
The whole menu isn't a lot of food and it's only like 1500 calories, but it's filling. Plus I eat bites of whatever everyone else in my house is eating. (Yeah, "bites" of...)
"Claire, are you gonna finish your quesadilla?"
I really want to start out like this to kind of give me a kick start, then gradually go back to normal with better habits. I've always eaten fairly healthy, I just eat A LOT, and when I'm not running, I drink A LOT. So I think my main problem is moderation. I don't have any issues with just running except that I need an added layer of fitness post-baby.
